17³Ô¹ÏÍø is a small, rural college located in the beautiful Catskill Mountains of New York State, only a two hour drive away from New York City. Though we may be small, we have much to offer. We are certain that your time spent at 17³Ô¹ÏÍø will be productive, enriching, and rewarding. 17³Ô¹ÏÍø is part of the State University of New York, the largest system of public higher education in the United States. When you study at 17³Ô¹ÏÍø, you’re earning a nationally recognized degree that will prepare you for your future career. PLUS, studying at 17³Ô¹ÏÍø also makes it easy for students to transfer to a four-year institution within the SUNY system, where they can complete a bachelor's degree.

Affordability and Flexibility

17³Ô¹ÏÍø offers open enrollment, meaning almost all qualifying students can attend. We also have a free application and low-cost tuition. International studies can be expensive, and choosing 17³Ô¹ÏÍø - a community college - provides you with the opportunity to save money before transferring to a four-year institution.

Our 40+ associate degree and certificate programs give you plenty of options for academic advancement. In addition, our small classes allow international students to adjust to the new environment with more individualized attention.

Our clubs and organizations give students the opportunities to connect with their classmates, pursue their interests and form communities. MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to provide staff and resources to recruit, counsel and accept all eligible prospective students for 17³Ô¹ÏÍø enrollment. To support a rich and rewarding college experience for its students. Admissions recruits a diverse student body from both within the Sullivan County Community and beyond. Information regarding 17³Ô¹ÏÍø’s academic programs, student life and the enrollment process is promoted by Admissions through a variety of means to enhance prospective students’ academic careers and Sullivan County’s workforce.
