17³Ô¹ÏÍø welcomes applications from students who are currently serving or who have served in one of the branches of the United States Armed Forces, and we thank you for your service.
Our faculty and staff look forward to supporting you in your educational goals here at 17³Ô¹ÏÍø. As an institution that is approved under the Veterans Educational Assistance Act (), we want to help you maximize your benefits.

Please reach out to your high school guidance counselor and request that your official transcript be sent to admissions@sunysullivan.edu. Please ensure the transcript is signed and has the correct graduation date.
Military transcripts can also be emailed to admissions@sunysullivan.edu.
If you have attended another college, please request that your official college transcript also be sent to admissions@sunysullivan.edu

To apply for VA benefits for the first time, you should visit the . You may also call 1-888 GI BILL-1 (888-442-4551) to have an application mailed to you. You are welcome to go to the Learning Center’s computer lab (in the E Building) if you do not have access to a computer.

In addition to your Immunization record, as of January 2022, all students with an on-campus presence must be fully vaccinated for the COVID-19 virus (At this time, students registered 100% online are exempt from this requirement, unless they are using on-campus services). Failure to provide the required documentation will result in administrative withdrawal from seated classes.

After your Admission application is submitted and transcripts have been received a member of our Admissions staff will reach out to connect you with a Learning Center advisor who will help you and make your class schedule.
Once you have registered for classes, you must be certified by one of 17³Ô¹ÏÍø’s certifying officers:

The certification process includes submitting a copy of your Certificate of Eligibility, which you will receive after completing the application process. This only needs to be submitted once. You will also need to submit a copy of your class schedule to one of the certifying officers listed above; please notify a certifying officer every semester when you have officially registered for classes.

You may still have an outstanding balance even after your financial aid is awarded and applied. Your tuition and fees must be paid, or a  must be set up before your classes begin.  to find out how to access your balance and make a payment
